Jo Ann Morrissey

       On Monday, December 16, 2024 Jo Ann Morrissey of Millersville, MD passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of the late Gary Brent and Joseph Morrissy; devoted mother of Jeffrey Brent (Jennifer) and Gary Brent, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Kristen, Stephanie, Erin, Nicholas and Alex; adored great-grandmother of Meadow and Nyomi; and dear sister of Patricia Horrigan, Phillip “Jay” Palmisano and the late Deborah Galvin. Jo Ann was also preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Phillip Palmisano, Sr.

        Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway), on Thursday, January 2nd, for a “Time of Gathering and Remembrance” from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 3rd, at St. Clement Catholic Church, 2700 Washington Avenue, Lansdowne, MD 21227 at 10:00 am. Her inurnment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
