Joan Ward

Joan D. Ward, 67, of Glen Burnie, passed away at Harbor Hospital on January 16, 2010. She was born in Washington, D.C. in 1942. Mrs. Ward was a member of the Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, loved the Lord and her church family, she also enjoyed taking pictures and playing bingo. Joan is the beloved wife of 50 years to Larry E. Ward; devoted mother of Steven Ward and his wife Mary Carol, Joseph Ward and his wife Mary Helen and Christine Hearne and her husband Wayne; loving grandmother of Andrew, Sarah, Mandie and Lauren Ward, Ben and Jacob Hearne; dear sister of Henry E. Rose and half sister of Patteen A. Ritter.
