John Forsythe

JOHN WAYNE FORSYTHE, 79 of Glen Burnie, passed away on February 22, 2014. John was born on July 2, 1934 in Altoona, PA to Harry and Helen Forsythe. John worked as an Analyst for the NSA, retiring after 40 years of service. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and AARP. Serving as President of both organizations. He also gave his time selflessly to Meals-on-Wheels and the Friends of Arundel Seniors to help whoever he could. John loved the Washington Redskins and was a season ticket holder for over 50 years. He loved traveling with his wife. Especially the trips to Hawaii, Ireland, Russia, Hong Kong and Peru where he met lifelong friends. He also enjoyed reading the newspaper every morning and the time he was able to spend with his grandchildren. John is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jane E. Forsythe; his children, Craig Forsythe and his wife, Lynn and Dana Dezarn and her husband, Brian; his grandchildren, Matthew and Christina Hawk, Ava Dezarn, Nicholas, Daniel and Kaitlyn Forsythe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
