John Graff

Mr. John C. Graff, 82 of Linthicum, MD passed away at Season's Hospice at Northwest Hospital on December 27, 2009. Mr. Graff was born in Iowa in 1927. He joined the US Navy and served as a Storekeeper Third Class during WWII and the Korean War. He later graduated from the University of Baltimore in 1963. Mr. Graff worked at Westinghouse for 23 years as a manager for defense contracts. He was a member of the American Historical Society of Germans from Russian. He enjoyed genealogy, playing baseball, golf and bowling. He was also a great storyteller. Mr. Graff is the beloved husband of the late Frances S. Graff; devoted father of Cynthia Bendel and her husband Peter, John J. Graff and his wife Lea; loving grandfather of Jonathan, Elizabeth and David Wheeler, Danielle Hammond, Kelley and John Graff; dear great grandfather of Joshua Berg, Brandon, Cole, Tyler, Jordan, Abbygail and Nathan Wheeler and Emma Graff; dear cousin of Scott Evans.
