John Hafer, Jr

John R. Hafer, Jr., 52, of Glen Burnie, died on August 31, 2011 at University of Maryland Medical Center. John was born in 1958 in Baltimore, MD. He was a graduate of Southern High School in Baltimore City, Class of 1975. John owned and operated B+H Masonry for 25 years. He was a member of the Laurel Club, Brooklyn Park Rod & Gun Club and the Mustang Club. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, crabbing and spending time outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Hafer, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Dawn Hafer; four children, Amber Hafer, Fallon Armstrong, Autumn Hafer and Dustin Hafer; mother, Me Me Sue Berger; five siblings, Jenny Hart, Michele Whitker, Frankie Thomas, Christina Thomas, and Brian Hafer; six grandchildren, Steven, Austin, MacKenzie, Cayleigh, Bailee and Kari; and step-mother, Kathy Hafer.
