John Jones

On August 8, 2008, John "Jack" Jones of Linthicum, Maryland. Beloved husband of 62 years of the late Ruby E. Jones. Devoted father of John D. Jones, Jr., Debra L. Sherman and the late Lester L. Jones. Loving grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 8. Caring brother of Louise Fink, Lucille Lawson and Phyllis Smith. Jack was born in Wenona, Maryland in 1920. He was a resident of Linthicum, Maryland for 52 years. He was a member of the United States Army from 1942 to 1945. He achieved the rank of Corporal during his service. Jack was a Cabinet Maker at Columbia Kitchens of Maryland where he was President. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including making homemade wine, gardening and collecting coins.
