John Reckord

On September 7, 2008, John C. "Jack" Reckord of Linthicum, MD. Beloved husband of the late Lyle L. Reckord. Devoted father of Susan L. Reckord. Caring brother of the late Elizabeth Knapp. He was born in Belair, Maryland in 1916. He graduated from Bel Air High School. He was a member of the United States Army from 1941-1946. He was an employee with the State Quarter Master for National Guard for many years. He was a member of the Linthicum Carvers. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including wood carving, needlepoint and travelling to Ocean City.
