John Schaible Jr

John Edward Schaible, Jr., 75, of Glen Burnie passed away on April 4, 2018 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

John was born on March 13, 1943 in Baltimore to the late John Schaible, Sr. and Doris Lavinia (Jones) Adkins. He attended Brooklyn Park and Glen Burnie High Schools. He joined the Air Force in 1963 and served in Korea and Vietnam, he was honorably discharged in 1966. He married Patricia Louise Gibson and together they had three children. John devoted himself to providing for his family's needs. He was tough but loving. John was a field engineer in the medical field working on CAT scan equipment. He enjoyed cars, drag racing, and motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia L. Schaible; son, Zachary Schaible; sister, Nadine Hall.

He is survived by his children, John Edward Schaible, III(Erin), and Melissa A. Schaible; grandchildren, Andrea Schaible, and Wiley Schaible; nieces and nephews, John Hall, Sharon Lowman, and Gail Hall.

The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave SW (at Crain Hwy.) Glen Burnie on Monday, April 9th from 12-1:00 PM for a memorial gathering. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
