John Sosnowski

John F. Sosnowski, 69, a lifelong resident of Brooklyn Park, passed away at his home on November 4, 2015. He was born in Baltimore on July 9, 1946 to Hedwidge and the late John Sosnowski. He graduated from Brooklyn Park High School in 1964 and served in the United States Army from 1966-1968. John worked at the US Coast Guard Yard as an Ordnance Mechanic, retiring in 2004 after 39 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his family.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Susan Ann Sosnowski.
John is survived by his children, John C. Sosnowski and his wife Jennifer, Ann M. Stader and her husband Joseph; two grandchildren, Alexis and Logan Sosnowski; three siblings, Rita Limerick, Susan Sosnowski and James J. Sosnowski; and sister-in-law, Connie Beavers.
