Joseph Birely Jr

Joseph E. Birely, Jr., 77 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on February 28, 2018. Joseph was born on July 10, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Joseph and Dolores Birely. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. He retired from CSX railroad and volunteered at the local library. Joseph is survived by his daughter, Pamela Donohue and her husband, Patrick; his son, Christopher Birely and his wife, Katherine; his grandchildren, Stephanie Gardner and husband, Devin; James Donohue, Christopher Birely, Jr., Hannah Birely, Traisa Birely, Ava Birely and Makayla Lecates; and his sister, Susan Birely.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Friday March 9th from 11-1 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.

Contributions may be made in Mr. Birely's name to the American Cancer Society or to Community Hospice, Jacksonville, FL.
