Joseph Wesley Ford, aged 92, of Millersville, passed away peacefully at his home on January 31, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Julia and Joseph Ford, Joe lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
A proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, Joe dedicated his career as a representative for a marine supply distributor, where his charisma and passion left a lasting impression. A devoted sports enthusiast, he found joy in cheering for the Baltimore Colts, Orioles, and Ravens, always showcasing his unwavering spirit and loyalty. However, above all, his greatest joy came from the time spent with his family, creating cherished memories that will be held close forever.
Joe is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 51 years, Diana M. Ford, who stood by his side through every moment of their journey together. Their son, Christopher Allen, along with his wife Shari, carries forward the legacy of love Joe built over the years. He took immense pride in his grandchildren; Nicholas (and his wife Nicole), Kathleen (and her husband Andrew), Stephanie, and Brian, whose laughter brought him boundless happiness. Joe was also blessed with a cherished great-granddaughter, Molly Jordan, who added a special sparkle to his life.
The youngest of eight siblings, Joe is survived by his sister Phyllis Stitt and brother Donald Ford, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who hold his memory dear.
