Joseph Larkins Sr

Joseph Robert Larkins, Sr., 81, of Glen Burnie passed away on February 28, 2017 at his residence. Joe was born on May 2, 1935 in Baltimore to the late Joseph and Mildred Larkins. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Helen M. Larkins; his children, Joseph R. Larkins, Jr. and his wife, Jody; Steven L. Larkins, Sr. and his wife, Anna; Catherine D. Hall, Sharon L. Todd and her husband, Phillip; Dawn M. Nichols and Deborah A. Larkins; his sisters, Linda L. Herr and her husband Jimmy, and Sharon L. Davidson and her husband, Robert. Joe is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Coleman and his step sister, Camille.

He enjoyed woodworking, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Sunday from 3-5 7 7-9 pm. A Funeral service will be held on Monday at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.
