Joseph Wickless, Sr

On October, 29, 2008, Joseph Frederick Wickless, Sr. of Linthicum, MD. Beloved husband of 55 years of the late Beatrice M. Wickless; loving father of Sarah Knisley, James P. Wickless, Margaret Hatchkiss, Joseph F. Wickless, Jr., Teresa Oswald, Laura Lepore and the late Maryanne Hewitt; cherished grandfather of 20, great-grandfather of 27 and great-great-grandfather of 6. He was born in Maryland in Frederick, Maryland in 1913. He graduated from high school in his hometown of Frederick. During his career, he was with Westinghouse for 32 years where he was a Supervisor. He was a Captain of the Anne Arundel County Special Police Force. Joseph had many hobbies including gardening, crabbing and fishing.
