Josephine "Dodie" Marie McCombs, 74, a resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on June 25, 2013 at her home. She was born on July 28, 1938 in Spangler, PA to the late Leona and John Gallaher and she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, crocheting, but most of all, her family.
Josephine is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Furl I. McCombs; her loving children, Christopher McCombs and his wife Dawn, Michele Witt and her husband Gary, David McCombs, Robert McCombs and his wife Amy, Wendy Hammel and her husband Craig, and Travis Adams; her cherished grandchildren, Cindy, CJ, Gary III, Jessica, Matthew, Cole, Ayden, and Katie; her beloved great-grandson, Mason; and her dear sister, Veronica Gallaher. Josephine was preceded in death by her siblings, John and Robert Gallaher, Mary Thomas and DellaRose Kibler. Donations in Josephine's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
