Joseph L. Day

Joseph Lincoln Day, 86, passed away on February 3, 2023, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis after his hard-fought battle with cancer.  Joseph was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, on October 18, 1936, to the late Elizbeth and Otha Day.   He worked for many years at Westinghouse, Northrop Grumman - Bay Bridge and Oceaneering.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara (Abend) Day; his sons, Jim (Rachel), Rick (Melissa), and Kevin (Barbie); and his five cherished grandchildren, Keegan, Lexi, Quinn, June, and Hadley.  He will truly be missed by his family, friends, and new friends at Bay Bridge Cove.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Avenue, S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Thursday, February 9th, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, at 10:30 AM, in the funeral home chapel.  Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park to follow.
