Joyce Morrison

On, February 9, 2018, Joyce Fay Morrison, 73, of Linthicum, passed away at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Joyce, was born on October 12, 1944, in Linthicum, Maryland, to the late Thelma and Furman Gulley. She worked as a financial coordinator for Dr. Gigliotti's dental office in Linthicum. She enjoyed traveling with her husband (spending the night in all 50 states), loved Christmas, and she loved spending time with her family, especially her only grandchild, Ryan.
Joyce was predeceased by her devoted husband of 49 years, Melvin Lee Morrison, and her dear brother, William Gulley. She is survived by her beloved sons, Ken Morrison and Scott Morrison; her loving daughter-in-law, Diane Morrison; and her cherished grandson, Ryan Morrison.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Wednesday, February 14th, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, February 15th, at 1 PM at Linthicum Heights United Methodist Church, 200 School Lane, Linthicum, MD 21090. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be made to Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org, in honor of her husband, Melvin.
