June Lorraine Dorr

June Lorraine Dorr, 96, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. She was born in Baltimore, on July 10, 1927, to the late Ida and Henry Dieringer. June worked for many years at Westinghouse as a shipping clerk and she enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband.  More than anything, June loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

June is survived by her devoted husband of 76 (almost 77) years, Cecil R. Dorr.; loving children, William R. Dorr and his wife Betty, and Linda L. Sciukus; her cherished grandchildren, Angela, Jason, Jennifer, and Melissa; and her adored great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Hannah, Travis, and Michael.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2^nd Avenue, S.W. (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Sunday, July 30^th, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, July 31^st, at 11:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
