Kathleen Harrell

On March 20, 2010, KATHLEEN "KATHY" JEAN HARRELL of Severn; beloved wife of Paul Harrell, Jr.; loving mother of Paul Harrell, III, Stephen Harrell and his wife Christiane; cherished grandmother of Brynn and Holden Harrell; dear sister of Patricia Brousil and Kenneth Yotz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Celia Yotz. Kathy was a beloved elementary and reading teacher for Anne Arundel and Howard Counties; she was also very active in St. Bernadette's parish, where she will be missed by many. It was Kathy's wish for people to donate books to elementary schools. To facilitate her wish, a Library Book Fund was established for schools where she taught in Anne Arundel County. Contributions may be made by sending a check payable to the Anne Arundel County Reading Council. In the memo line, put Harrell Book Fund and mail it to: Don Bailey, Crofton Elementary School, 1405 Duke of Kent Drive, Crofton, MD 21114. Also donations may be made in her name to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
