Kathleen Klein

December 17, 1939 — February 25, 2018

Kathleen Klein, 78, of Clarksville, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2018 at her residence.

Kathleen was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Robert Samuel and Teresa (Principe) Klein. Kathleen was oldest child and only girl of her parents 5 children. She assumed the roll of the typical big sister to her siblings growing up.

Kathleen graduated from Millville High School in New Jersey. At age 19 she moved to Glen Burnie with her family. Kathleen was the former Vice President of Sysco Food Service, Inc. Early in life Kathleen's creativity began to blossom and continued to develop throughout her life. She sculpted, made dolls, paintings, and chalk drawings. She poured her heart into her art. Her attention to detail could be seen in the very elaborate clothing she made for her dolls. Kathleen will be remembered by her family for her strong personality, her creativity, her intelligence and most of all her love and for all the great memories they shared together.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert S. and Teresa (Principe) Klein; infant brother, Robert Klein; and brother, Eugene Klein. She is survived by her brothers Robert V. Klein and his wife Delores, Victor S. Klein, David B. Klein and his wife Corinne; numerous, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie, on Saturday, March. 3rd, from 11 AM - 1 PM. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
