Kathy A. Hoffman

Kathy Ann Hoffman, age 67, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at her home in Ocean Pines, surrounded by family. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Howard Charles Stevens and the late Catherine Ringler Stevens.

Kathy spent the first half of her life in Anne Arundel County, prior to moving to Ocean Pines. She was a 1974 graduate of Glen Burnie High School. Kathy was co-owner of the local HouseMaster Home Inspection company along with her husband. She looked forward to her regular interactions with real estate agents and neighbors.

Kathy developed a love for sports, especially the Ravens, Orioles, and University of Maryland teams. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, including her grand-dog, Dexter. Holidays were a favorite for Kathy, especially decorating for Christmas.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Hoffman; two daughters, Karen Watford (Albert), and Kimberly Hoffman (Pete McAdoo); two sisters, Wendy Toffry (Bob), and Debbie Stevens; and two grandsons, Noah Delude and Kyle Delude. She will be greatly missed by all.

For friends and family on the Eastern Shore, viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM at The Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.

For friends and family around the Anne Arundel County area, a viewing and visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Singleton Funeral Home in Glen Burnie. A service will also be held there on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 10:00AM, followed by interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
