Kenneth T. Kelm, 64, of Glen Burnie, died Sunday, April 27, 2014, at home. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Alexander and Irene Kelm. Ken attended Cardinal Gibbons and Polytechnic Institute and was a Teamsters agent for over 40 years before retiring as Secretary-Treasurer of Local 311 in 2012. Ken was an avid sports fan and long time member of the Ravens Roost. He also enjoyed fishing, traveling, reading and listening to his extensive music collection.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Helen Kelm. Two children, Brian Kelm, Husband of Rachel Welch-Kelm of Ellicott City, MD, and Valerie Kelm, partner of Scot Elliott of Ocean Pines, MD; 5 grandchildren, Julian, Ellis and Oliver Kelm, Kyle and Peyton Elliott; great-grand daughter, Brodie Kelm; loving sisters, Charlene James and Joan Steele.
