Lance Mcdonald

LANCE A. McDONALD, 73 of Baltimore, passed away on November 2, 2011. Lance was born on January 16, 1938 to the late Harold and Catherine McDonald. He was a graduate of the University of North Carolina and holds a Master's Degree from the Northwestern University. Lance worked for DARPA for 14 years. He is survived by his partner, Gary R. Tobia; his brother, Lanny W. McDonald and is also survived by a niece and nephews.
