Larry Johnson, Sr

On Monday, June 8, 2009, Larry R. Johnson, Sr. passed away in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Beloved husband of the late Wanda Lucille Johnson. He is survived by his beloved children, Sally Stone, Donald Walker, Charles Lee Walker, Randy Johnson, and John Walker. Larry is also survived by his dear brothers Ray Arnold Johnson, and Tom Johnson. Larry was a cherished grandfather of nine and a devoted great grandfather of eight. He was predeceased by his son Daniel G. Walker and sister Brenda White.

Larry was born in Pageston, West Virginia on August 29, 1940. He served his country proudly in the United States Army as a Private E2. Larry was a truckdriver for ten years with J.R. Trucking. He also drove for Clyde Charter Bus Service for 15 years. Larry belonged to the American Legion and VFW. He enjoyed Nascar.
