Lavera Mary Blauciak, 89, of Brooklyn Park passed away peacefully on January 24, 2018 at the Hospice of the Chesapeake Inpatient Care Center in Pasadena.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2-6 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow in, Cedar Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn Park.
