On April 25, 2018, Lawrence Charles Valenzia, 70, of Millersville, passed away at his home. Lawrence was born on October 18, 1947, in Baltimore, to Virginia and Salvatore Valenzia. He served his country proudly in the United States Army as a Specialist 4. Lawrence went on to work for his father's construction company and then for Biddinger Contracting. He enjoyed gardening, crabbing, hunting and fishing.
Lawrence is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Franciene M. Valenzia; his beloved daughter, Lisa Wolford; his cherished granddaughter, Tabitha Wolford; his loving siblings, Nancy Stanley, Leonard Valenzia, Pat Jones, Teresa Hewitt, Sam Valenzia, and Craig Valenzia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Sunday, April 29th, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 1st, at 10 AM at in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
