Linda Fleming

On December 1, 2008, Linda Davis Fleming of Severn, Maryland; beloved wife of 40 years of Robert Luther Fleming; devoted mother of Kelly E. and Robyn L. Fleming; loving daughter of the late Jessie Lewis Davis and Lucille Johnson Davis; dear sister of Jessie L. Davis, Isadora Morton, Ella Meade, Cassell Davis, Ernestine Williams and Marvin Davis. Linda was born in Amherts, Virginia in 1942. After she graduated from high school, she studied for 2 years at St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville, Virginia. During her career, she was a Customer Service Representative for Kohl's Department Store and spent 15 years in Childcare. She was a member of the Church at Severn Run. She loved to read and enjoyed Bible Study and crossword puzzles. She had a passion for animals and was a bird watcher, especially Hummingbirds. She will be laid to rest at Union Hills Cemetery in Amherst, Virginia on Thursday, December 11th.
