Lisa Renee Black

Lisa Renee Black was born on September 12, 1960, in, Washington, DC, and she passed away on November 1, 2024, in Glen Burnie, MD. A devoted hairdresser and cosmetologist, Lisa was known for her artistic talent and nurturing spirit. With an unwavering dedication to her craft, she brought joy and confidence to countless clients throughout her career.

Lisa was a woman of remarkable strength and resilience, having faced numerous challenges in her life which she overcame with bravery. Her warm personality and compassion for others were evident in everything she did. She was deeply committed to helping those around her, and her kindness left a lasting impact on many. She touched the lives of many people through her strong spiritual beliefs and she would help anyone in need, because of her unselfish nature always thinking of others.

A fervent believer, Lisa found great joy in her faith, which provided her with comfort and inspiration in her life. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren, Kailey and Jordan, who were a source of immense pride and happiness. 

She is survived by her loving daughter, Apryl Black (John Sherman); her devoted mother, Margaret Langello; her loving grandchildren, Kailey and Jordan Sherman; her sister, Linda D'Angelo; her brother, Tony Langello; her aunt, Tammy Sacco; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Lisa also mourns the loss of her son, Nicolas D. Cloud, and her brother, Matthew Cloud, who predeceased her.

Visitation services will be held at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services located at 1 2nd Ave SW, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will follow the evening visitation at 7:00 PM.

As we celebrate the life of Lisa Renee Black, we remember her as a strong, loving woman whose legacy of kindness and support will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
