Lonnie Musgrove Jr

Lonnie Musgrove, Jr. 69, of Glen Burnie, passed away on May 14, 2018 at his residence.

Lonnie was born and raised in South Baltimore. Lonnie has spent the last 35 years with the love of his life Kathleen who he married on May 24, 1991. Lonnie was employed with Carr Lowry Glass Company and retired after 34 years of service. Lonnie was a classic car enthusiast, he owned several vintage cars his oldest a 1938 Ford coupe. He enjoyed going to car shows and was a regular at Marley Station Mall's Classic Car events. He also enjoyed the simple things of life such as feeding the squirrels, birds and just sitting with his cats and dogs on his lap. He was a devoted family man and loved spending time with his granddaughters. During the summer Lonnie, and Kathleen along with his brother-in-law, Bill and sister-in-law Lois would take their grandchildren to Ocean City, and then in the Fall Hershey Park. It was during these trips he created unique memories that will last his family a lifetime to reflect upon.
Lonnie was loving, caring, quite, and possessed a unique since of humor.
Those left to cherish precious memories are his wife, Kathleen M. Musgrove; sons, Robert and his wife, Lisa, and Steven and his wife, Kathryn; granddaughters, Megan, Katie, Madi, and Allie; several siblings, and a host of loving in-laws; and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie, Sr. and Minnie (Conway) Musgrove.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thurs. May 17 and Fri. May 18 from 3-5 & 7-9 pm both days. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 19th at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
