Louis Chappell

On December 13, 2018, Louis Chappell of Severn; beloved husband of Leslie Rae Chappell (nee Peregoy); devoted father of Brandy Lou Chappell and the late Bridget Renee Chappell; dear father-in-law of James Jacobs; loving grandfather of Brendan Warner (Sara), Mikayla Ruby, Courtney Sell and Maddie Ayers; cherished great-grandfather of Jace Warner; and caring brother-in-law of Debbie and Victor Phoebus and Edward and Pam Birmingham. He is also survived by his Godchildren, Joshua Phoebus, Melissa Wotring, Rebecca Bennett and Nicole Rutledge; aunt, Margaret Gronau; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. In addition to his daughter, he was preceded in death by his parents-in-law, Raymond and Beverly Peregoy; and his aunt, Eileen Shivers (Sumner).

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A.,  1  2nd Ave, S.W. (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Thursday, Dec. 20th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, 10AM, in the funeral home chapel.  Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
