Lucille Linsenmeyer

Lucille Dayton Gordy Linsenmeyer, 83, a 50 year resident of Glen Burnie passed away in her sleep at home on May 22, 2011 after a brief battle with cancer. Lucille was born in 1928 in Snow Hill, MD. She was a mother and caregiver. Lucille was a member of the North Glen Improvement Association, B&O Railroad Retirees and Cpl. J.D. Youngham Memorial VFW Post 434 Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading and although she loved to travel most of her time was spent researching and keeping up with her children's travels. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Jerome Linsenmeyer, her son, Donald Jerome Linsenmeyer, Jr., three brothers and her parents. She is survived by her children, Donna Beatty of Snow Hill, MD, John Gordy Linsenmeyer of Glen Burnie, MD, LuAnn Johnson and Karl Joseph Linsenmeyer both of Idaho; grandchildren, Maegan Beatty, Clark Beatty and Lauren Johnson; and great-grandchild, Damian Frye-Beatty.
