Margaret Booker

Margaret Booker (nee Savage) died on November 26, 2010 at the Hospice House of the Chesapeake after a prolonged battle with cancer, she was 78 years old. She is survived by Mike Kuriny, her loving companion, her daughter, Sandra Booker, and two granddaughters, Heather Steven and Rebecca Sturgill. Margaret was one of 12 siblings from Whitesboro, Texas. Her brother J.W. Savage and sisters, Ruby Reedy, Jessie Ellis, Jane Cranford, and Jo Thomas survive her.
Margaret retired from civil service after 30 years as a computer analyst. Post retirement, she taught senior citizens at the Pascal Center in Linthicum on how to use computers and was the past president to the Linthicum Women's Club.
Much beloved, she will be missed. A small private family service will be held at her residence. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to be made in her name to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA
