Margaret Marklin

Margaret A. Marklin, 88, of Arnold, passed away at her home on December 13, 2017. She was born in South Carolina to the late Goldman and Carrie Morris. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, cooking, traveling and camping. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sons, Allen, Raymond, David and Melvin; and her brothers, Fred Ray, Willie, James and Vernon.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years, Roy; devoted children, Morgan Marklin, Gwendolyn Ward, Karen Phillips and Rosemary Ames; cherished grandchildren, Morgan Jr., Rebecca, Sharon, Margaret, Chrissy, Heather, Aaron, Taylor and Ashley; many loving great-grandchildren; and dear brother, George.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, Dec. 19th, from 3-5 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 7 PM at Elvaton Baptist Church. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
The family will be hosting a dinner at Elvaton Baptist Church from 5-7 PM.
