On January 23, 2009, Margaret J, Scroggs of Glen Burnie. Beloved wife of 36 years to the late Charles Harley Scroggs; loving mother of Nancy Dunnigan and Kathy Reising; cherished grandmother of Melody Przybyl, Jennifer Kruger, Jamie Reising, and Melissa Stanfield; devoted great grandmother of Amanda, Kayla, Kali, Elizabeth, Tyler, Abigail, and Evelyn. She was preceded in death by nine siblings. Margaret was born in Cumberland, Maryland to the late George Franklin and Florence Ellen Weltman. She moved to Lansdowne, and resided there for 42 years, and recently moved to Glen Burnie where she has been residing for the last six years. Margaret worked for Celaneas Manufacturing Company in Cumberland, and later on at Ferndale Bakery. She retired in 1985 from Union Trust Bank, where she worked in the proof department. She was a member of Lansdowne United Methodist Church. Margaret enjoyed reading the newspaper, and watching her Hallmark channel; but her greatest love of all was nurturing her family.
