Margit Jonassen

On October 2, 2007, Margit E. Jonassen of Glen Burnie passed away after a brief battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Jonassen for 31 years; caring mother to Steven Jonassen, Donna Cory and Eric Jonassen; loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Margit Anderson.
Margit graduated from Bay Ridge High School in 1958, then worked for Westinghouse as a clerical technician for a number of years. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and the rest of her family, and traveling. She will be deeply missed by many.
