Marian Eloise Wilson Wicker, 80, of Glen Burnie passed away on November 7, 2017. Marian was born on October 6, 1937 in Baltimore to the late George W. Wilson and Frances Wilson. She was a legal secretary and retired from Westinghouse / Northrop-Grumman. Marian considered herself a professional artist and painter. She also enjoyed reading, bowling, nature walks, playing BINGO, and the beach and boardwalk at Ocean City, Maryland. She was a former Sunday school teacher and a member of The Church of the Crucifixion and the Gerard Plaza Women's Club. She is survived by her son, David A. Wicker and his wife, Kathy; and her daughter, Deborah C. MacArthur; her grandchildren, Michael R. MacArthur, Nicholas R. MacArthur, Christopher A. Wicker and Patrick D. Wicker; and her brother, George W. Wilson, Jr. and his wife, Evelyn.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 11th at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
