On Wednesday, July 18, 2007, Marie Elizabeth Volandt, passed away in Severna Park. She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Augustus Volandt. Marie is survived by her loving children, Albert "Mickey" Volandt and Janie Beitle, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her dear sister, Dorothy McNeill.
Marie was the manager of Augusta's beauty shop in Severna Park for many years where she also taught future beauticians. She loved bowling and her dog Walter.
