Mark Daniel Everett passed away on July 4, 2021. Born April 30, 1989, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, he joined his devoted family on November 8, 1989, and his “Gotcha Day” has been celebrated every year since. He leaves behind the lights of his life, Mackenzie Rose Lee Everett and Jackson Edwich Everett, his mother, Dorothy Everett, brother, Joe Everett, Aunt Pattie Everett Fulton, Uncle Drew Fulton, and Cousin Rowan Fulton, his Godparents and Mentors, Tom and Tina Delaney, Jenny Fleetwood, Bob and Jeanne Haney, and Matt Vigil. He was pre-deceased by his beloved Grandparents, Jack and Rosemarie Everett from Panama City Beach, Florida, where he spent many happy summers in his youth.
Mark was a natural athlete, and active in soccer, football, and basketball, but his favorite sport was baseball. From t-ball at age 4 until he graduated from North County High school in 2007, baseball was a big part of his life. His next big love was drumming, but once he became a Daddy, he started work as an apprentice plumber and completed 4 years of Plumbing School in June of this year. He was preparing to take the exam to be licensed as a Journeyman Plumber when his big heart gave out.
Mark will be buried with his Grandparents in Panama City, Florida, and a Celebration of Life will be scheduled and held in Maryland at a future date.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a Mark Everett Memorial Fund, which will be deposited into accounts for Mackenzie and Jackson. Details to follow.
