Mark Allan Wingate, Sr., 62, of Linthicum, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He was born on February 5, 1956, in South Baltimore, to the late Betty and Calvin Wingate. He worked for Jubbs Bus Service for 15 years and he enjoyed cheering on the Ravens and Orioles, playing softball, and music, especially attending rock and roll concerts.
Mark is survived by his beloved children, Mark A. Wingate, Jr. and Sharon Krenzer; his dear siblings, Patrick Carey, Tammy Clevenger, and Walt Carey; and his cherished granddog, Pixie Dog. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Wednesday, October 10th from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, October 11th, at 1 PM, in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mark's name may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America at www.hdsa.org.
