Martha Buckalew

Martha Caroline Buckalew (nee Moffatt), 93, of Glen Burnie, passed away on February 27, 2017 after a short illness. Her husband, Raymond H. Buckalew, preceded her in death. She was born on June 8, 1924 in Lonaconing, MD to the late Marie Moffatt (nee Dye) and William Moffatt. She leaves behind a daughter, Carolyn M. Hall and her husband, Paul; two grandsons, Raymond Pippin and his wife, Susan, Jason Pippin and his wife, Christene; six great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and her husband, Ryan, Kirsten, Karylann, Kason, Grace and Jake; three step-grandchildren, Jenifer Beckey, Trevor Hall and David Hall; four step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Grindle and Fay Sigler; her nieces and nephew.
Martha was a homemaker and an active member of Linthicum Heights United Methodist Church, where she served as President of the Susan Wesley Circle for many years. She was also active in AARP in Linthicum.
