Mary Campbell

Mrs. Mary M. Campbell, 96, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on August 8, 2010 at her home. Mary was born in Arkansas in 1914. She was a homemaker who took care of 7 boys-Charles, Louis E., Herbert Jr., Vernon, JT, Lewis L, and Stephen. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking, going to church, watching football and baseball and participating in her coffee group. Mary was a member of Harundale Presbyterian Church. She did charity work for the National Cancer Society and Purple Heart. She was the beloved wife of 75 years of the late Herbert A. Campbell, Sr.; devoted mother of Charles G. Campbell, Sr., Louis E. Campbell, Herbert A. Campbell, Jr. and the late Vernon R. Campbell; dear aunt of Jessie Roach and the late Lewis L. Decus; loving grandmother of Stephen D. Campbell, Sr. and 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by 1 niece.
