Mary Clare Sears, 82, of Lansdowne, Maryland and formerly of Glen Burnie, Maryland died from complications of lung disease January 23, 2011 at St. Agnes Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born April 23, 1928 in Childs, Pennsylvania, she lived in Glen Burnie, MD for 55 years. Mrs. Sears was the wife of Warren whom was the love of her life for 52 years. She was a member of a card club with her girlfriends for 55 years. She enjoyed playing cards, eating out with family and friends, shopping, vacationing, puzzle books, reading and getting her hair done. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Ms. Sears worked for Circular Advertising Company for 25 years. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Warren E. Sears, her parents, John and Clara Fetcho, her brothers Arthur and Walter Fetcho, and her sister, Delores Clark. Survivors include her 5 children, 3 daughters and 2 sons; Mary Dale of Oakland, MD; Joan Mitchell of Baltimore Highlands, MD; Patricia Wise of Lansdowne, MD; Gerald Sears of Cordova, MD and Thomas Sears of Baltimore, MD; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Rosanne Cardon of New Britten, PA; and 1 brother, Joseph Fetcho of Ellicott City, MD.
