Maryan Gresham

Maryan McFarland Gresham, 78, of Glen Burnie, passed away on February 17, 2015. She was born in Franklin, West Virginia on April 2, 1936 to the late Eula and Daniel McFarland. She graduated from Hancock High School in 1954 and she earned her Associate's Degree from Baltimore Community College in International Trade. Maryan was employed at Meyer Seed Co. and Knight Laundromat in Patapsco Village. She was a member of Messiah United Methodist Church (United Methodist Women), volunteered and sang in the choir at Dorguth Memorial UMC, she volunteered at the Share Food Program through St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and was a member of the Pascal Senior Center where she enjoyed art classes, oil painting, and drawing. Maryan enjoyed cross stitch, reading - especially British mystery novels, and playing solitaire on her computer. Maryan is survived by her three loving children, Christopher Gresham, Katherine Gresham, and Lillian Gresham.
