Maurice Anderson

On May 3, 2008, Maurice 'Andy' Anderson passed on. Andy was dearly loved by his beloved wife of 59 years, Elizabeth Anderson; his loving children, Rodger Anderson and Bonnie Ford; his dear brother Charles Anderson, Jr.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Charles Anderson, Sr., and his sister, Virginia Sauers. Andy was a born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1927. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1945. Andy was a member of the United States Navy from 1945 to 1946. He received the Victory Medal, the American Theater Ribbon and the Pacific Theater Ribbon during his service. Andy was employed by Graybar Electric Company from which he retired after 37 years. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including hunting, fishing, crabbing and gardening. He especially loved spending time with his family. Andy was a dear man who will be missed by many.
