On December 25, 2007, Melvin Joseph Rose, Sr. passed on. Melvin was a dear man who was loved by many, including his loving wife of 22 years, Darlene Rose; his dear children, Melvin Rose, Jr., Marquita Wolfe, Michael Rose, Martin Rose, Matthew Rose and the late Michele Rose and Mark Rose; his dear step-children, Toni Wroten, Evelyn Walsh and Everette Wroten; fourteen grandchildren; and his late brothers and sister, William Rose, Lucille Foster and John Rose. Melvin was a native of Baltimore, Maryland where he was born in 1926. He was a member of the United States Air Corps. He graduated from the Loyola School of Law. He was then an employee with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He also was employed by a private law firm. Melvin enjoyed many hobbies in life. He loved gardening, cooking, travelling, reading and solving crossword puzzles. He loved spending time with his family who loved him dearly.
