Kenneth Ray Hancock

Kenneth Ray Hancock, 64, died March 7, 2019, after a short but hard fought battle with cancer.  He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Hancock, his mother, Shelby Basham Hancock, his children, Courtney Hancock, Jack Hedges III and wife Meghan, Nicholas Hedges and Shelby Hedges, his sisters Diane Hancock and Barbara St. George, his 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Harold Hancock and son Kyle Hancock.

Ken served in the United States Army.  He was a graduate from Brooklyn Park High School. He loved his Baltimore Ravens, Maryland sports and NASCAR.  He had a passion for music.  He was a devoted friend and loved by all who knew him.

Ken had a zest for life and was always up for the next adventure. His infectious smile would light up any room.  He had a heart of gold and genuine kindness. Ken will be missed by many. Forever in our hearts. Fly high KENNNNNY

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. S.W. (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie, on Wednesday, March 13th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, 1 PM, in the funeral home chapel.
