Shirley L. Naumann

Shirley Lucille Naumann, 88, of Glen Burnie, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020.  Shirley was born on December 14, 1931, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Mary and Daniel Arnold.  She worked at Westinghouse as an inspector for 20 years, and she enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, taking care of her pets, and baby-sitting.  Most of all, Shirley enjoyed being with her family.

Shirley was predeceased by her devoted husband, John C. Naumann Sr., her beloved son, Scott C. Naumann, her four dear siblings, and her cherished great-grandchild.  She is survived by her loving children, Marjorie N. Warner, Terry N. Bush-Leahy, John C. Naumann Jr., and Patti N. Johnson; her cherished grandchildren, Jennifer L. Knaus, John C. Naumann III, Kristine L. Fifer, Kimberly M. Bush, Justin M. Conner, Jessica M. Naumann, and Daniel S. Naumann; and her six beloved great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Tuesday, February 25th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.  Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in Shirley’s name may be made to the Bright Focus Foundation at www.brightfocus.org
