Nathan Brown

On June 18, 2008, Nathan G. Brown passed on. Nathan was dearly loved by his late wife of 45 years, Frances K. Brown; his loving son, Nathan Brown, Jr. and his wife Doreen; his cherished grandchildren, Sandra Faith, Nathan III, and Diane Elizabeth; seven beloved great-grandchildren; and his loving sister, Margaret Martin. Nathan was born in Greenwood, Virginia in 1926. He lived in Millersville, Maryland for 43 years of his life. He was a member of the United States Army from 1944 to 1946. He was a Staff Sergeant and earned the Bronze Service Star. He was an employee at Westinghouse for 37 1/2 years. During his employment with Westinghouse, he was an engineer in the refrigeration and heating department. Nathan was a member of the American Legion. He was also an Elder in the Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including music and gardening. Nathan was a dear man who will be missed by many.
