Norma Lee Baer passed on September 24, 2017, on her 65th birthday in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, at home, as she wished. Bowling, playing cards, jeopardy, watching movies , Carroll Burnett show and her first cup of coffee every morning made her happy. Holding many jobs throughout her life to accommodate being an army wife and relocating often. Predeceased by her loving husband, Walter Ernest Baer, retired army officer and her parents , Calvin James Coulbourn and Lucy Helen Coulbourn, both of Delaware. Three sisters and Two brothers, also. Norma( Sissy) will be remembered lovingly by her remaining sister, Rebecca Unrue and brother, Wayne Coulbourn, both of Delaware. Norma's legacy lies with her 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren. Son, Walter Lawrence Baer and fiancée TinaTaylor, Kimberly Ann Zavala and Christine Louise Falter and husband, Edward James Falter. Leaving 9 grandchildren, Walter E. Baer, Katelyn E. Baer, McKenzie N. Baer, Megan G.. Luna, Lauren M. Zavala, Javier Zavala, William C. Mills, Michael A. Mills and Holly C. Falter. Aiden Mills, Marshall A. Mills and Wyatt A. Mills are her three great grandchildren. The simple things in life and much slower pace she lived in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania with her companion of last 15 years, Benjamin Maines. Norma Lee will be laid to rest with her loving husband, Walter E. Baer, of 30 years at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery on Monday, October 2, 2017.
