Otillia Ringgold

Tillie Ringgold, 83, a lifelong resident of Ferndale, passed away on June 25, 2013 at home. She was born on January 2, 1930 in Ferndale, MD to the late Louis and Theresa Flaig. She loved spending time with her family; family was her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert L. Ringgold, Jr.; and four siblings, Catherine Maus, Rolendis Crismer, Charles Flaig and Joseph Flaig. She is survived by her four children, Robert L. Ringgold, III, Charlene M. Dudley and husband Ron, Timothy J. Ringgold and Vincent L. Ringgold and wife Janet; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
