Patricia Owens

On July 25, 2010, Patricia "Patsy" Owens (nee Horan), 65, of Millersville passed away of heart failure. Patsy was born in Baltimore on August 3, 1944, to the late Nelson Horan and Jane Horan-LaRue (nee Highsmith). She graduated from Severna Park High School, Class of 1963. Patsy worked in the transportation department for 14 years with Providence Center. She enjoyed crocheting, interior flower gardening, and house keeping.
Patsy was the beloved wife of the late Earl Owens of 5 years; devoted mother of John (Jack) Horan of Millersville and Jane Mills of Pittsville; dear sister of Nelson Horan of Parkview, Tom Horan of Cape St. Claire, Tim Horan of Grasonville, John LaRue of Brooklyn Park; loving grandmother of Brandi, Amanda, and Sonny; and great-grandmother of 6.
